Established in 2009, PA Answer began as a telephone answering service created to support small businesses during the recession. Originally part of a franchise and owned by Chris Grove, the company became fully independent in 2011.
In 2013, Jade joined as a telephone receptionist and quickly progressed through the business, becoming Owner in 2020.
Today, PA Answer offers far more than call answering. We provide a complete virtual business support service, including call handling, diary management, outbound calls, email management, and more - helping businesses stay organised, responsive, and professional.

MEET OUR TEAM
Your PA Answer team delivers our Telephone Answering Service;
• Answer every call you can’t, in your company name, within three rings, in the friendly and professional manner you would expect from an in-house team
• Pass on messages via text or email
• Transfer urgent or personal calls to any UK landline or mobile number.
• Set up a list of contacts you always want to hear from, and, if you’re contactable, we will them transfer through to your chosen number.
• Set up a screening list to ensure we never pass on messages from nuisance callers
• Answer your calls 6 days a week. We are open from 8:30am to 6pm from Monday to Friday, On Saturday from 9am to 2pm.

1. What is your main role within PA Answer?
I am the Managing Director and Owner. My main role is to deal with all HR and accounts aspects of the business, oversee the running of the management team and the team as a whole.
2. How long have you been part of the team?
I have been part of the team for eleven years. I joined in 2012 as an Apprentice Telephone Receptionist, I was promoted to Business Development Manager in 2014, General Manager in 2015, Director in 2016 and took over as Owner in 2020.
3. What do you enjoy most about your role?
I love working with a dynamic and driven team, seeing them grow week by week. I also love helping our customers and seeing their businesses grow and flourish as a result of our service!
4. What would we find you doing outside of work?
Watching true crime documentaries, cooking, out walking with my Husband and dog, Reggie or socialising with Family and Friends.
5. Do you have any pets?
Yes, an 8 year old Miniature Dachshund called Reggie. He is my baby!
6. What’s your favourite film?
Mamma Mia or Love Actually – I love a feel good movie!

I am the Office Manager, my main role is to oversee the smooth and efficient running of our office operations, ensuring everything from administrative tasks to team coordination is in perfect harmony.

I have been part of the team for eleven years! I joined in 2012 as a Telephone Receptionist, I was promoted to Team Leader in 2017 and Office Manager in 2023

I love working with a dynamic and driven team, seeing them grow week by week.

When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with my two little girls, catching up with friends, exploring new places and watching Netflix with a cup of tea.

I am the is Team Leader, my main role is being a positive role model to the team, training the team to a high standard, audit calls and messages, provide daily support and feedback to the team.

I have been part of the team for three years. I joined in 2021 as a Telephone Receptionist and I was promoted Team Leader in May 2023.
3. What do you enjoy most about your role?
My favourite part of my role working alongside a positive, friendly team, and being able to provide the best service possible to our clients.
4. What would we find you doing outside of work?
Outside of work you’d find me spending time with family or on a night out with friends.

We have a red fox lab called Hunter.
