What are PA Answer’s opening hours?
Your PA Answer team can answer your calls 7 days a week;
– We are open from 8:30am to 7pm every week day*
– On Saturdays from 8:30am to 5pm
– And on Sunday from 10am to 2pm
*opening times can vary for bank holidays. To check our bank holiday hours give us a call on 0333 800 0085
What if I go over my agreed service package?
We will NOT cut your service off; PA Answer is here to help you stop missing calls. Instead, we will let you know and bill you for the excess calls at the rate agreed in your (rolling) contract., if you are regularly exceeding your agreed package, we will recommend a more suitable plan for your requirements.
We can do with one week’s notice to your billing date.
What if I’m not using everything in my agreed service package?
At PA Answer we try our best to ensure you always receive the best value for money. If you are not using a large amount of your agreed services, you can move to a more cost-effective for your current usage. We only require one week’s notice to your billing date. This doesn’t apply to PA Answer’s pay-as-you-go services.
What if I need to cancel the service?
While we will always be sorry to see you go, you are free to cancel our services at any time. All we ask for is one calendar month’s notice for cancellation. PA Answer do not tie you into a long term, fixed contract. Instead it’s our aim to keep you as a customer by keeping you happy!
Some of my clients don't like using an outsourced service. Will my callers know they’re not getting me direct?
This is where PA Answer really excels. Your callers will never to know that your PA Answer Virtual Receptionists are not in-house staff! Your PA Answer team answers calls in your company name, build up knowledge of your business and become an asset to the company. In fact, PA Answer is like additional staff, but without the cost!

How will my PAs know how to deal with my callers?
When you set up your PA Answer service we give you the opportunity to provide as much, or as little, information you wish for your virtual receptionists to provide to your callers. We can even set up ‘test’ calls, which allow you to call one of your designated PAs to hear for yourself exactly how your calls are handled.
Can you transfer urgent or personal phone calls?
Subject to your instructions, your PA Answer team can send you a text and/or transfer any urgent or personal calls to any UK landline or mobile number. If you choose, we can set up a list of contacts you always want to hear from, and, if you’re contactable, we will them transfer through to your chosen number.

Do you charge for answering nuisance calls?
We do not charge you for sales or nuisance callers and create a screening list for every client. If one of your PA Answer team does send through a message from a caller you no longer want to hear from, just let us know and we will add them to your screening list so they can’t bother you.
Can you manage my diary and book appointments over the phone?
Your PA Answer team takes responsibility for managing your diary in a real-time via a secure online diary management system. You have simultaneous access so are always able to book, change or even just double check an appointment. In addition, any bookings or changes your team make will be sent to you immediately via text message or email.

Can you answer my calls to cover holidays and sickness?
Your PA Answer team, who handle all enquiries to your business, can also cover your calls when you are left short staffed by holidays, staff sickness, or any other unscheduled absence. We will send your messages to you via text, fax or email if you wish and anything urgent can be patched through to you – you decide.
